Bhagavad Gita Chapter 4 Verse 36
भगवद् गीता अध्याय 4 श्लोक 36

अपि चेदसि पापेभ्यः सर्वेभ्यः पापकृत्तमः।
सर्वं ज्ञानप्लवेनैव वृजिनं सन्तरिष्यसि।।4.36।।

।।4.36।।अगर तू सब पापियोंसे भी अधिक पापी है तो भी तू ज्ञानरूपी नौकाके द्वारा निःसन्देह सम्पूर्ण पापसमुद्रसे अच्छी तरह तर जायगा।

Lord Krishna now exclaims that even if one was an incorrigible sinner
previously if they approach a self-realised being and receive this
knowledge from him they will easily cross over the ocean of all their sins
solely by the potency of this spiritual knowledge.
