Bhagavad Gita Chapter 3 Verse 11
भगवद् गीता अध्याय 3 श्लोक 11

देवान्भावयतानेन ते देवा भावयन्तु वः।
परस्परं भावयन्तः श्रेयः परमवाप्स्यथ।।3.11।।



हिंदी अनुवाद - स्वामी रामसुख दास जी ( भगवद् गीता 3.11)
।।3.10  3.11।।प्रजापति ब्रह्माजीने सृष्टिके आदिकालमें कर्तव्यकर्मोंके विधानसहित प्रजा(मनुष्य आदि) की रचना करके उनसे (प्रधानतया मनुष्योंसे) कहा कि तुमलोग इस कर्तव्यके द्वारा सबकी वृद्धि करो और वह कर्तव्यकर्मरूप यज्ञ तुमलोगोंको कर्तव्यपालनकी आवश्यक सामग्री प्रदान करनेवाला हो। अपने कर्तव्यकर्मके द्वारा तुमलोग देवताओंको उन्नत करो और वे देवतालोग अपने कर्तव्यके द्वारा तुमलोगोंको उन्नत करें। इस प्रकार एकदूसरेको उन्नत करते हुए तुमलोग परम कल्याणको प्राप्त हो जाओगे।


Shri Vaishnava Sampradaya - Commentary

Lord Krishna explains that by yagna which is worship and appeasement of  the
devas or demi-gods who are His  universal  administrators  of  the  material
existence and who constitute His body and of whom He is  the  atma  or  soul
within. Later in chapter IX.xxiv beginning with aham hi sarva  we  will  see
Him confirm that He is the sole enjoyer and rewarder of all yagnas.  So  let
the demi-gods of whom Lord Krishna is the atma be worshipped  so  they  will
grant all prayers of prosperity and  abundance.  In  this  way  by  mutually
offering  services  mankind  shall  reap  its  summum  bonum   and   highest
beatitude.
