विविक्तसेवी लघ्वाशी यतवाक्कायमानसः।
ध्यानयोगपरो नित्यं वैराग्यं समुपाश्रितः।।18.52।।

।।18.52।। विविक्त सेवी? लघ्वाशी (मिताहारी) जिसने अपने शरीर? वाणी और मन को संयत किया है? ध्यानयोग के अभ्यास में सदैव तत्पर तथा वैराग्य पर समाश्रित।।

Lord Krishna is stating that by imbibing and  actualising  these  attributes
one assumes the nature of brahman the  spiritual  substratum  pervading  all
existence.
