Bhagavad Gita Chapter 11 Verse 29
भगवद् गीता अध्याय 11 श्लोक 29

यथा प्रदीप्तं ज्वलनं पतङ्गा
विशन्ति नाशाय समृद्धवेगाः।
तथैव नाशाय विशन्ति लोका
स्तवापि वक्त्राणि समृद्धवेगाः।।11.29।।

।।11.29।।जैसे पतंगे मोहवश अपना नाश करनेके लिये बड़े वेगसे दौड़ते हुए प्रज्वलित अग्निमें प्रविष्ट होते हैं? ऐसे ही ये सब लोग मोहवश अपना नाश करनेके लिये ही बड़े वेगसे दौड़ते हुए आपके मुखोंमें प्रविष्ट हो रहे हैं।


Shri Vaishnava Sampradaya - Commentary


As inanimate currents of rapid rivers  are  helplessly  propelled  into  the
ocean as given in the previous verse and like animate  moths  speedily  flit
into a blazing fire and are destroyed. The mighty warriors  of  the  Kaurava
and Pandava armies are propelled helplessly as they speedily rush  to  their
deaths on the battlefield and  into  the  fiery  mouths  of  Lord  Krishnas
visvarupa or divine universal form.
