भगवद् गीता अध्याय 10 श्लोक 38

दण्डो दमयतामस्मि नीतिरस्मि जिगीषताम्।
मौनं चैवास्मि गुह्यानां ज्ञानं ज्ञानवतामहम्।।10.38।।

10.38. I am the punishment [at the hands]  of the punishers; I am the political wisdom of those who seek victory;  I am also silence of the secret ones;  I am the knowledge of the  knowers.
